1) How should I clean the cup?

You should separate the lid’s button, the lid and the handle. Then you can wash it with your hand or put the parts on the upper shelf of the washing machine to get them cleaned. 

 

2) How to set the cup back after cleaning?

Step 1 - Put the handle to the cup’s bottom, with the smaller side up. 

Step 2 - Push the cup’s bottom toward its mouth until it is completely folded. 

Step 3 - Make sure to put the lid properly on the cup’s mouth. 

Step 4 - Put the button on the lid and make sure the whole cup is locked.

 

3) Can I put the cup that is containing water freely in my bag?

We don’t recommend putting the cup with full water inside the bag. The lid locks the cup but there is a possibility that the water will leak out from the lid or the button due to movements, making your bag wet. 

When you have drunk all the water and folded the cup set back, you can put it in your bag without worrying about the leaking problem.

 

4) Is the cup hot when it’s containing hot water?

When you put hot water in the cup, it is also a little hotter as the water temperature is transferred to the cup and silicone is not completely heat-resistant. However, the handle in the middle will make you feel comfortable, easier and firmer to hold the cup. 

 

5) Is this silicone cup free from BPA?

Definitely! We only use recyclable polypropylene and food range silicone certified by the FDA. We also don’t use glues in forming the cups.

 

6) Where is this cup from?
