DELIVERY & TRANSPORT

A. Regulations on delivery restrictions: 

 Based on each category of products, we specify the region to which the delivery is applicable:

  • Breakable : Within Ho Chi Minh City, Customers in suburban areas could negotiable about the shipping fees.

  • Common (Economy) : Nationwide

  • Voucher Service: Nationwide

  • Orders will be delivered to the customer’s door, except for cases such as limited office areas, apartment/ high-rise areas ( only for delivery at the lobby of the building) 

 

B. Regulations on delivery areas:                              

Within and suburban Hanoi

  • Within Hanoi: district Ba Đình, Cầu  Giấy Đống Đa, Hai Bà Trưng, Hoàn Kiếm, Hoàng Mai, Tây Hồ, Thanh Xuân.

  • Suburban Hanoi: district Long Biên, Hà Đông, Nam Từ Liêm và Bắc Từ Liêm, Thạch Thất, Ứng Hoà, Đan Phượng, Đông Anh, Hoài Đức, Sóc Sơn, Ba Vì, Chương Mỹ, Mê Linh.

Within and suburban Ho Chi Minh

  • Within Ho Chi Minh, district 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, Bình Thạnh, Gò Vấp, Phú Nhuận, Tân Bình, Tân Phú, Bình Tân, Thủ Đức .

  • Suburban Ho Chi Minh, district Bình Chánh, Củ Chi, Cần Giờ, Hóc Môn, Nhà Bè.

Other provinces/ cities in  Vietnam :

  •  Northern Vietnam: Hà Nội, Hải Phòng, Bắc Cạn, Bắc Giang, Bắc Ninh, Cao Bằng, Điện Biên, Hà Giang, Hà Nam, Yên Bái, Thái Bình, Thái Nguyên, Thanh Hoá, Vĩnh Phúc, Tuyên Quang, Lào Cai, Nam Định, Nghệ An.

  •  Central Vietnam: Đà Nẵng, Bình Định, Gia Lai, Hà Tinh, Huế, Khánh Hoà, Kon Tum, Phú Yên, Quảng Bình, Quảng Nam, Quảng Ngãi, Quảng Trị.

  •  Southern Vietnam: Hồ Chí Minh, An Giang, Bạc Liêu, Bến Tre, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Bình Thuận, Cà Mau, Cần Thơ, ĐăK Lăk.

 

C. Regulation on goods shipping an receiving

In order to ensure customer’s benefits when using the service, we support the inspection of the external element of the package such as purchase invoices, packaging status and bonded factors such as quantity, color, category, etc..

Note:

  • The inspection will not include in-depth testing (trial use,..)

  • Please receive all your ordered products, as we do not support cancelling orders when they are already in transit.

  • We only exchange faulty products within 7 days of receiving your order. We have the right to give the final decision on special cases.

Delivery duration will be proactively changed in case of:

  •  Customers do not provide accurate and complete delivery address and contact information during the ordering process.

  •  We contacted you more than 03 times to deliver goods (via call, message, or email) but did not receive a response.

  •  You are not ready to receive your goods within our delivery time as committed

In case of any arising, we will notify you of the time changes more appropriate via information channels: Call / text / email.

 

D. Regulation on Shipping fees

  • Within Ho Chi Minh:

Common: 18,000 VND/ order

Breakable : depend on the address

  • Suburban Ho Chi Minh:

Common: 25,000 VND/ order

  • Other areas in Vietnam:

Common: 25,000-35,000 VND/ order

E. Frequently Asked Question ( FAQ )

 

  1. I really need the product, Can you delivery to me urgently?

If you are in Ho Chi Minh City, please contact our client service department  083-261-199 or via email at ecosaigonn@gmail.com. This will check and response to you the earliest possible delivery time and additional fees ( depend on your location). In some favorable cases, you can receive your order 60 minutes after placing your order.

If you are in other provinces,  sorry that we have to implement as our delivery policy and can not delivery faster.
