Policies at EcoSaigon

​GENERAL POLICY 

Ordering policy: 

For products at EcoSaigon: please enter the product to buy, choose to buy, then go to cart, and complete payment process. Within 24 hours, the client's service department will contact and confirm the order with you, hotline : 083-261-199

Warranty policy: 

EcoSaigon is willing to receive all customer complains related to the use of EcoSaigon's products at info@ecosaigon.com. Products at EcoSaigon will comply with the standard warranty policy of the manufacturer, the supplier's regulations depending on the product and the warranty period of each product.

Return/Refund policy: 

When receiving the goods, please check carefully the goods we deliver. After receiving the product, the return policy does not apply. So, when receiving the product, please CHECK THE PRODUCT CAREFULLY. If you find any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately via phone to notify EcoSaigon about the status of the goods that the customer received.

For the form of bank transfer first, delivery later: if detecting expired goods, not guaranteeing quality or damage due to transportation, wrong delivery of products, technical errors... please do not accept the products. Conducting a report to record the status the goods, you and your delivery staff sign to confirm the incident stated in the document and then we will take the products.

According to actual product and the report above, we proceed to exchange other prooduct for customers within 2 days. If the customer no longer needs to use the product, we will refund 100% of the amount you transferred after 7 days ( excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays). If in 7 days, you have not received the money back, please respond to us to check the transfer status. We believe that our policy will bring the satisfaction and peace of mind whenever you are coming to EcoSaigon.
